Prioritizing Features in Discovery: How to Launch a Financial MVP on Time and on Budget

FinTech and business-consulting projects usually come with dozens of desired features: dynamic charts, custom reports, alerting systems, and automations. A smart project manager knows you can't build everything into the first version (MVP). My role as a senior product designer is to support the prioritization process through design tools.
